The Trump administration is reportedly putting final touches on its peace plan for the Middle East.
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley spoke at the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics on Thursday. She said Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner is "finishing up" the proposal.
The peace plan was effectively put on hold after Trump announced the highly controversial decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
It's unclear exactly when the plan will be released, but it's expected to come sometime in the first half of this year.
