Bill Gates Thinks Robots Should Pay Taxes Like The Rest Of Us
The income from human labor gets taxed. Should robotic labor face a similar tax?

Bill Gates has tried his hand at parodying a 'Saturday Night Live' skit. And he played none other than that strange Tom Hanks character, David Pumpkins.
But ever the creator, the billionaire co-founder of Microsoft decided to tweak the character.
"Yeah, and Christmas Pumpkins is —" a dubbed Kate McKinnon asks in the spoof.
"His own thing," Gates responds, using the original track from Hanks' October 2016 SNL appearance.
Decked out in a red and green suit with Christmas tree print, Gates dances alongside two scary-looking snowmen. Hanks, as Pumpkins, wore an orange and black jack o' lantern suit and danced between two skeletons.
Don't get your hopes up. Gates isn't auditioning for a Saturday Night Live hosting gig — at least, we don't think he is.
"Any questions?" Gates asks, having sneaked behind McKinnon and Beck Bennett, scaring them.
Gates parodied the SNL skit to promote the Reddit AMA he held Monday.
It was the fifth time he told Reddit users to "ask me anything." And that's what people did.
Redditors learned that if Gates could have one sandwich on earth, it would be a cheeseburger.
And when he wants to go incognito, he wears a hat — like when he took his son on college tours.
But Gates also answered more serious questions, like what's "the most pressing issue that we could feasibly solve in the next ten years?"
Gates said isolation is a big one. He wrote, "I still wonder if digital tools can help people find opportunities to get together with others - not Tinder but more like adults who want to mentor kids or hang out with each other."
