The Battle Over The Dakota Access Pipeline Might Not Be Over Just Yet
The decision to halt construction comes just before President-elect Donald Trump is set to take office. And he could decide to move forward with it.

Two protesters dropped into the Vikings-Bears game with a message for the stadium's owners.
Using ropes and climbing harnesses, the two displayed a huge banner calling for U.S. Bank to "Divest" and included the hashtag "NoDAPL."
The Dakota Access Pipeline made headlines when activists camped out for months, blocking construction. The Standing Rock Tribe argued the pipeline could contaminate their water. Construction is currently on hold while the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers looks for an alternative route.
The Minnesota Vikings' home field is U.S. Bank Stadium. Energy Transfer Partners, the parent company of the pipeline, has a credit line of roughly $175 million with U.S. Bank.
The climbers, identified as Sen Holiday and Karl Zimmermann, say they're protesting in solidarity with the self-described "water protectors" of Standing Rock.
They dropped down early in the second quarter, and despite law enforcement attempts, stayed there until the end of the game.
